1. Subscription Plans
ViewlixTV offers the following subscription plans:
- Monthly Plan: Billed every 30 days
- Quarterly Plan: Billed every 3 months (save 15%)
- Semi-Annual Plan: Billed every 6 months (save 25%)
- Annual Plan: Billed every 12 months (save 40%)
2. Payment Methods

3. Billing Cycle
Your subscription begins immediately upon payment confirmation. The billing cycle starts from the date of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with your subscription details and login credentials.
4. Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You will receive a reminder notification before your subscription expires. To continue service, you must manually renew your subscription through our website or by contacting our support team.
5. Price Changes
ViewlixTV reserves the right to adjust pricing. Any price changes will:
- Be communicated via email at least 14 days in advance
- Not affect your current active subscription period
- Take effect upon your next renewal
6. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, your service will not be activated or renewed. Please ensure sufficient funds are available and your payment details are correct. Contact our support team if you experience payment issues.
7. Invoices & Receipts
A receipt/invoice will be sent to your registered email address after each successful payment. You can also request invoice copies by contacting our support team.
8. Currency
All prices are displayed in USD ($) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees may apply depending on your bank or payment provider.
